This course provides in-depth, practical strategies for individuals with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) to improve daily function, reduce pain and fatigue, and enhance quality of life. It will focus on energy conservation, joint protection, pain management, adaptive tools, postural control, ADL/IADL adaptations, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and management of POTS and MCAS. The goal is to equip participants with a personalized toolbox of strategies that allow for greater independence, reduced discomfort, and improved participation in meaningful activities.
